Complaints & Appeals

We have procedures for dealing with complaints and appeals.  Anyone associated with the Mill Park Community House has the right to present a complaint and to appeal any decisions (including assessment decisions) and to be treated fairly in the process.

Please contact your Tutor or the Course Co-ordinator if you have a complaint, they will try to resolve the matter in line with our policies and procedures
