About Us
How did we get started?
The Mill Park Community House was established in 1985 by a group of dedicated local people who believed that a community based learning and recreation service would be of benefit to the newly established suburb of Mill Park.
The service moved to it's current premises in 1987 and continues to provide a wide range of services and activities to all members of the community.
In late 1988 we started offering support to residents in the Janefield Training Centre and this was formalised as an A.T.S.S. in late 1991.
We were involved in the closure of the Janefield Special School and transition many clients into our adult centre.
Our Philosophy is that: " the sky is the limit" for everybody.
